Portland, Oregon – July 15, 2014 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Michael Keep, who will join the Trupp HR team as HR Business Partner.
In this role, Michael will function as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services as well as contributing to various HR consulting and training efforts. Michael brings a strong background in HR management that will compliment Trupp HR’s HRO offering.
Michael joins Trupp HR as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with 15 years of progressive leadership experience, guiding teams in both operational and support roles. He has a diverse background in training and development with a focus on the leadership role. Michael has established a wide range of HR management skills including recruitment, retention, policy development, records management, and compliance. Michael’s proven ability to build strong, collaborative, and effective business relationships along with his in depth understanding of HR functions are well suited to Trupp HR’s business environment.
